Transport links to Keilaniemenranta are first-class. The Metro provides instant access to the city centre, or to the Otaniemi campus, where - in addition to an international science and research centre - there is a strong startup community. The Raide-Jokeri light rail line, completed in 2023 with one of its terminals in Keilaniemi, further enhances public transport connections. By car, you can join Keilaniemi via Ring 1, Länsiväylä and Kuusisaari, with travel to the airport taking less than half an hour. In the future, an underground parking facility will provide convenient parking in the Keilaniemi area.

Accountor Tower
Finland's tallest office tower is an integral part of Finnish business history and the area’s cityscape. The iconic office building, colloquially known as ‘Raade's tooth’, has been renovated to meet every need of modern business. In addition to office spaces, Accountor Tower offers a wide range of meeting rooms, a stunning rooftop restaurant, and the Dylan Lunch Restaurant, all of which are also open to other visitors in the area.
Pavilions
Two glass pavilions form the centre-point of Keilaniementori square offering a wide range of services for residents, workers, and visitors alike. The sculptural pavilions form an atmospheric and convenient meeting place for socialising, whatever the day of the week. The urban atmosphere of the square is transformed into magnificent scenery as you continue via a unique outdoor promenade along Espoo's shoreline.
Keilalampi
The bright new office building Keilalampi was completed in late 2020. The main user is Nordic insurance company IF and other users are organizations within music industry: Gramex and Teosto. The new premises are designed to promote the well-being of the staff amidst the constant evolution of working life. There is also a cozy lunch-restaurant in Keilalampi. The seafront building has stunning views which can be admired from the shared roof terrace; and the Metro is just a few steps away.
Project Progress
The site in Keilaniemenranta will be completed in stages. Accounter Tower was completed and began operations at the end of 2019. Keilalampi and square pavilions were completed in late 2020.
